How Fill & Sign Works

Most agreements still arrive as email attachments that expect you to print, fill in by hand, and scan back. Fill & Sign replaces that round trip: complete the document on screen, in your browser, and it's ready to sign in minutes.

  1. Upload the document you need to complete — a Word (.docx) file or a fillable PDF
  2. The tool detects the blanks and form fields in the document automatically
  3. Type your answers directly on the document, exactly where they belong
  4. Continue to signing to sign it yourself or send it to the other party for their signature

What Can You Fill and Sign?

  • Agreements and contracts you received as a Word file or PDF — service agreements, engagement letters, NDAs
  • Application and registration forms with fillable fields that need typed answers, not printouts
  • Vendor and client paperwork — onboarding forms, supplier declarations, consent forms
  • Any document with blanks where you would otherwise print, write by hand, and scan

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to fill a document?

No — you can upload and fill a document without signing up. When you continue to signing, you'll create a free account so your signature request is tracked and the finished document carries a proper audit trail.

Which file types are supported?

Word documents (.docx) and fillable PDFs. For Word files, the tool analyzes the text and finds the blanks; for fillable PDFs, it picks up the form fields already in the file.

Can the other party sign too?

Yes. After filling, you can send the document for e-signature — each recipient signs online and everyone receives the completed PDF. For signers in Singapore, Kovasign also supports optional identity-verified signing with Singpass (Singapore).

Is my document private?

The filling step runs in your browser. Your document is only uploaded when you choose to continue to signing, and it is never shared beyond the people you send it to.
